Memorable Moment

While working on a scrapbook project today ...

Daughter: "I think this is a little 'invanced' for me!"

Me: "What do you think 'advanced' means?"

Daughter: "Well, I don't really know yet."

That's funny, I love the things kids say.

Seriously. It kills me how they can get cuter and smarter every day!

LOL, kids are so funny!

I had to quit nursing my 6th child at 9 months. She never learned to latch on correctly and it was always painful to nurse her, but I kept thinking she'd get it eventually. When she took a dime sized chunk off my nipple, Donnie forced me to quit nursing, lol.
Sam is about to get the ol' heave-ho on nursing, he bit the other side good just a bit ago. I'm getting to old to deal with this! He eats everything, so he can just quit nursing. The part that bothers me is that this weekend my grandma told me to quit nursing that 9 months old was WAY too old to still be nursing! The old bat! Ticked me off!

Isn't it funny how they use words that they have no idea of the meaning and they still sometimes get the usage right? Kids are so totally amazing! Cute story.
